
The West Belfast Taxi Association aims to achieve one hundred percent customer satisfaction. Equally with other road users we stride to achieve competency in relation to how our Association members observe road safety for pedestrians and vehicles alike.
However we realise that from time to time we possibly, in the opinion of others, do not fully adhere to our guidelines.
We therefore would request that anyone with any issue in relation to the conduct of our Association members including Association employees who work within our facilities follow the established complaint procedure.
